The technicians did a great job, they didn't find anything which is good news.
I want to highlight the technicians, they were thorough, well spoken, their level of customer service was seriously exceptional. Absolutely naturals with client interaction and professionalism. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

My experience with B.Air went very smoothly when my wall mounted air conditioning unit had a leaking issue.

The technician showed up on time and was very efficient with his work. He was also able to deduce the source of our leaking issue relatively quickly and fix it. Then proceeded fine with the rest of the maintenance. He was also very patient with us in dealing with our unique condo setup when needing to access the back of the wall mounted unit as well as the outdoor unit.

Overall, we had a great experience with B.Air and will definitely use them again for future air conditioning needs.
